1. Introduction
Welcome to Mascot Conglomerate. By accessing our website and purchasing our artwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Mascot Conglomerate. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our images for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
3. Purchases and Payment
We use Stripe to securely process payments. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
4. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be returned in their original condition.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Colour differences between screen and print
- Custom or commissioned artwork
Damaged items: If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that product colours will match exactly what is displayed on your screen.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mascot Conglomerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that state.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
